Exception Error When Saving An Award With a Null Value For Schedule Number

In CLM, if a schedule number under the schedule tab on an award is null, an unexpected error page is generated upon clicking Save or Submit.

If the schedule number is 0, an error message appears saying the schedule number must be a positive number. This same message should appear when a null value exists.
