Symptoms

When trying to update or delete an order line, the following error is raised:
 

ERROR

ORA-29861: domain index is marked LOADING/FAILED/UNUSABLE in Package OE_Atchmt_UTIL Procedure Delete
ORA-29861: domain index is marked LOADING/FAILED/UNUSABLE in Package OE_Atchmt_UTIL Procedure Delete_Attachements
ORA-29861: Domain Index Is Marked LOADING/FAILED/UNUSABLE In Package OE_Atchmt_UTIL Procedure ADD_ATTACHMENTS_AUTOMATIC


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Navigate: Sales, Returns =>Sales Order
3. Enter a Sales Order (Order Status 'Entered') > Now try to delete an Order Line with Package OE_Atchmt_UTIL Procedure Delete_Attachements
4. Also seen when trying to update a line with Package OE_Atchmt_UTIL Procedure ADD_ATTACHMENTS_AUTOMATIC
