When searching Knowledge Management from iSupport the search options are:
- Any of the Words
- All of the Words
- Fuzzy Match
- Exact Phrase
The option for 'Synonym Match' is not in the 'Using' drop-down.
When searching Knowledge Management from Contact Centre then all 5 options are available. Why isn't 'Synonym Match' available in iSupport?
