Cannot Update Line Quantity By using Update Line Pencil icon In IProcurement (Doc ID 2247148.1)

On : 12.2.5 version, Requisition Creation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Users cannot update line quantity by using "Update Line" Pencil icon In iProcurement

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should update line quantity by using "Update Line" Pencil icon In iProcurement

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create an incomplete requisition in iProcurement Home Page
2.Click into the requisition and click “Complete” button
3.Click “Yes”
4.Click “Update Line” button in Line 1
5.Change the quantity from 60000 to 70000
6.Click “Apply” button
7.We encountered the first issue that the line quantity is not changed, but the amount is changed to $70,000.00
  Expected Result: After clicking “Apply” button on the update line pop-up, the quantity of Line 1 should be 70000 and amount should be 70,000.00.

8. Click “Save” button
9. Click “Continue with Checkout”
10. Now, we encountered the second issue that both the quantity and amount is 60000 and 60,000.00
Expected Result: After clicking “Save” button on the requisition, the quantity of Line 1 should be 70000 and amount should be 70,000.00.
