R12 E-Business Suite Administrator Is Unable To Start The Concurrent Processing Administration Interface Via Script cpadmin.sh On Windows

E-Business Suite R12 Concurrent Processing, Other Issues



When attempting to start the Concurrent Processing Administration interface from the command line via script "cpadmin.sh" on Windows,the following error is received:

 Unable to find .dbc file error received for "cpadmin.sh" utility

"** ERROR:
** Unable to find .dbc file: S:\test\inst\TEST_erptest .0.0\secure/.dbc"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Source the environment

2. Go to cd $FND_TOP/bin and try to execute cpadmin.sh script

3. When executing the "cpadmin.sh" utility, It's giving the same error:

"** ERROR:
** Unable to find .dbc file: S:\test\inst\TEST_erptest .0.0\secure/.dbc"

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot execute the "cpadmin.sh" utility.
