Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 RUP8

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OLM 12.2.5 Learner picture not displayed after loading HRMS C RUP 8

Old pictures that had been saved in the catalog are not displayed, but customer has arranged that business will upload these pictures again after the upgrade.
 
New pictures uploaded into the catalog as part of UAT re displayed successfully before and after RUP8).


The issue occurs on all browsers, IE, Chrome and FireFox
 


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N) Learner Self-Service
2. My Learning -> Learner Home
3. Learner image is not displayed
