Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, FEDERAL_REPORTS

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
FED: Data Act - File A & B amounts are not rounding to 2 decimal places, causing broker exceptions

We have program activity allocations that result in amounts being calculated out to multiple decimal places. These amounts are then being summarized in the DACT files (A & B), but are not being rounded back to 2 decimal places. When we upload the files to the DACT broker, we are receiving edit exceptions because the amounts do not match the SF133, which is rounded to 2 decimal places.

In attached File A, see any records for Main Account 0100. It looks like the issue is primarily with amounts:
- BudgetAuthorityUnobligatedBalanceBroughtForward_FYB
- BudgetAuthorityAvailableAmountTotal_CPE

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
File A & B amounts should round properly
