Symptoms


1. When attempting to run PRC: Transaction Import for a batch from custom source, the transactions are rejected with the following rejection code :

ERROR
-----------------------
PA_EXP_PJ_TC -- A project-level transaction control has been violated

2. The rejected Expenditure Types are listed under project Transaction Controls with Chargeable flag disabled.
