On : 12.2.3 version, Contracts Billing/Termination
Some Service Contracts which are in Terminated Status does not have the "Open for Update" option whereas some contracts with the same status are displaying "Open for Update".
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Service Contract Manager>Open the Launch pad>click on Search icon>enter the Terminated Contract
number>Right click>Click on Open and checked the "opened for update" button
