Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, GST (Future Use)

When attempting to third party registration for TDS Regime
the following error occurs.

ERROR

APP-JA-460353:You must create a records for null site first


STEPS
---------------------------
1)Navigate to Oracle Financial for India
2) Party Registration >Define third Party Registration

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Not able to do the third party Registration at null site level
