After performing inspection, Receiving Transactions Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) segments are not saved when QA:PO Inspection is set to Oracle Quality.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Define segments for DFF 'Receiving Transactions'.
  2. Create a PO (say 1 line) with Routing=Inspection Required. Approve it.
  3. Receive the PO without entering values in DFF at line level.
  4. Query rcv_transactions for this PO and infer that attributes are not populated.
  5. Set QA:PO Inspection => Oracle Quality. Set up collection plan.
  6. Query the PO in Receiving Transactions form.
  7. The DFF values are defaulted & displayed.
  8. Inspect the PO. Enter the details in collection plan and come back to Receiving Transactions window.
  9. The DFF values are still displayed.
  10. Save the changes.
  11. Query rcv_transactions for this PO.
  12. Attribute_category & the mapped/entered attributes are NULL.
