Symptoms

Problem

Find Move Order transaction transfers more than requested quantity

Steps
Move order for a consigned item is created and approved.
The Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is end-dated or otherwise not in approved status.
When transact move order is performed, system throws an error which is correct.

"There must be a valid blanket purchase agreement in effect for the item you wish to transact".

If user tries again before BPA is approved, the allocation changes to multiple.
When BPA is approved and move order performed, the quantity transacted is double or sometimes triple the quantity requested.
System should not allow transfer more than requested quantity
