Symptoms

Shared Parental Leave statutory weekly amount is not recalculated for existing absences, from 2nd of April 2017.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Shared Parental absence record before 2nd of April
2. Run quickpay

3. Apply year end patch
4. Datetrack after 2nd of April and check assignment element entries - ShPP record
5. Notice that the element is holding the value calculated at the old rate
