Notification Failure Error When Executing Data Query With Send Summary Only Unchecked for GTM_LICENSE (Doc ID 2248473.1)

Symptoms

When running a Data Query from Business Process Automation -> Process Management -> Data Query for "GTM_LICENSE" if the option "Send Summary Only" is unchecked, System fails to send Notification with the following exception . If Send Summary Only is checked , notification works fine.
