Resource Sequence cannot be less than or equals to 0 (Doc ID 2248702.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version,

When attempting to add resources to Work Order, Forms throws error : "Resource Sequence cannot be less than or equals to 0" as soon as user enters 0 for Resource Sequence Number. But Work Order Self Service Page accepts zeros for Resource Sequence Numbers.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility : Maintenance Super User
2. Navigation : Work Orders -> All -> Create Work Order
3. Enter Header information
4. Add Operation with Resource Sequence Number equals to 0 (zero)
5. Save the Work Order
6. See that Operation with Resource Sequence Number equals to 0 (zero) has saved without showing validation error message as it shows on Forms.
