ISupplier Portal Advanced Search does not return Blanket Releases using 'Open' status criteria

Information in this document applies to any platform.
On iSupplier Portal 12.1.3 when searching for 'Open' PO's using advanced search in iSupplier Portal, open Blanket Releases are not appearing in the results.
All of the 'Open' PO's should be showing including blanket releases.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to iSupplier Portal Full Access > Orders > Advanced Search
2. Enter Document Type as 'Blanket Release' and Status as 'Open'
3. Click 'Go'
4. No results found.
Due to this issue, users cannot use the Advanced Search to find Open Blanket Releases.
