Employee Address Is Not Saving In Oracle Shared HR

Employee Address is not saving in Oracle Shared HR
For Oracle shared HR when using "India (International)" address style and entering corresponding information. After saving and re-querying, the employee information, address line 4 , Town/City/District and State/UT information is not showing on the screen or in tables.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to Purchasing HR Foundation --> People --> Enter and Maintain
- Query employee
- Click on MORE button then add Address for "India (International)" and save.
- Close People Form and reopen it.
- Find employee you just entered the address and examine the address.
