While viewing customer accounts in "Oracle Customers Online (OCO)", wrong values are displayed in "Source System" for those accounts.

How to rectify the 'Source System' values of customer accounts?

Steps to Reproduce :

Responsibility : Customers Online Superuser
Navigation : Customers → Persons

  1. Query the customer account.
  2. Click on "Name" of the account.
  3. On the left hand panel, go to "Accounts".
  4. Click the "Source" icon.
  5. In this window, the 'Source System' is showing wrong value.
