Stuck Case Folder After Making a Recommendation

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Case Folders get stuck and cannot be updated if the credit limit recommendation is updated to lower than the requested amount. When the case folder is submitted, the workflow shows stopped at the activity block. The credit limit has not been updated and we can no longer update the case folder.
