Receiving "Invalid Email Address" When Entering A '.info' Domain

In 12.2.4, from CRM HTML Administration responsibility User Maintenance page entering email address like firstname.lastname@example.org then saving receive the message "Invalid Email Address."
Steps To Reproduce
1. CRM HTML Administration > Setup > Users > Registration > User Maintenance query existing user(ie. EDSEWARD) > enter email address like email@example.com and click next error Invalid Email Address
