Symptoms
On : 11.5.10.2 version, Scheduling and Sourcing
When attempting to change the Planned Pick Date or the Schedule Ship Date,
the following error occurs.

Unexpected error has occured. Oracle error message is ORA-08004: sequence WSH_EXCEPTIONS_S.NEXTVAL exceeds MAXVALUE and cannot be instantiated
