The Export Button In The Returns Portal Page Does Not Work Properly

On : 12.2.5

When selecting the Export button on the Returns Portal page the export function tries to create a .tsv file,  but this cannot be opened or saved properly.

Expect to be able to export the search results to a .csv file

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select the Depot repair responsibility.
2. Navigate to the Returns Portal page.
3. Search for Returns.
4. Select the export button.
5. The export tries to open a .tsv file
