In Service Contracts Coverage Page Coverage Details Icon is Enabled only in QA Hold Status

On : 12.2.5 version, Entitlements & Coverages

In 12.2.5 Service Contracts coverage details page , find that coverage details icon is enabled only in QA Hold status.

The little icon which allows us to see Coverage Times, Reaction Times, Resolution Times (should be in section "Business Processes" in column "Details") is only visible if the contract has been opened for update. If the contract is not open for update the icon is not displayed.

 Coverage details should be visible irrespective of the contract status.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Choose responsibility “Service Contracts Manager”.
2. Navigate to “Contract Administration” – “Contract Search”.
3. Search for Contract Number “XXXX” in Active status
4. Open the Contract by clicking on the Contract which has been found.
5. Click on “Line Summary”
6. Select the line
7. Click on “Coverage”
8. Icons are missing now. We expect to see icons which allow us to see Coverage Times, Reaction Times, Resolution Times, etc..
