Service Vendor Passthrough Details Not Copied During Rebook (Doc ID 2252035.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When adding a Service line during a rebook, the Vendor information is not copied to the contract when the rebook is activated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Vendor information to be in the contract as it is required for processing and QA will fail without it.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book a Lease Contract.
2. Rebook the contract and add a Service line with all required Vendor Passthrough details.
3. Validate, Price and Submit the rebook contract. It should move to an Abandoned status.
4. Open the original contract and check the new Service line. Vendor details are not shown.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add a Service line to a Lease during a rebook.
