On : 12.2.5 version, XML Web Services and Callouts

Invoking the TCA web service for HZ_CUST_ACCOUNT_V2PUB returns error in logs for MOAC access:

          ERROR-Please set the Receivables system options for this operating unit and ensure that the MO: Operating Unit profile option is correctly set with an operating unit that is set up in Receivables.

MOAC profile settings are verified however the web service call out fails with this and the ERROR-Column created_by_module must have a value.

Issue is found to be occurring when invoking the service using a JSON payload.
