Item Description Link Is Not Working In Endeca As Expected (Doc ID 2252066.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Endeca based search (v5 and lower)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The item description link is not working in Endeca as expected. When user click on the Item description link in iProcurement – The full item information is displayed but this is not the case in Endeca 


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Full item information should be displayed in Endeca as well

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login in to Endeca Enabled iProcurement instance
2. Search for the Supplier item -> Click on the Item description
3. Item full information is not shown
