The Debrief Page Is Not Calculating Actual Effort Correctly

Actual Effort and Actual Dates are not being calculated as expected

The Actual Effort and Actual Dates should be calculated
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created Service Request from Contact Center screen. Created a Quick Task for the Service Request.
2. Assigned the Task to “Supplier Contact” resource and scheduled it.
3. Opened the Dispatch Center screen, queried the task and on right-click selected Debrief
4. It opened this page. The function ID the page used to open is XXXXXX and the function name this functionID referred to CSF_PO_DEBRIEF.
5. Entered Labor debrief and saved.
6. Went in to the sub-tab “Additional Info” and changed the Assignment status to Completed and saved.
7. The Debrief Status showed Completed.
8. After waiting for the Debrief Posting Program to complete, checked the Service Request/Task status. The status shows completed but it did not calculate the Actual Effort and Actual Dates.
9. Created new task that is copy of above task in Service Request screen within same responsibility. Assigned the same supplier contact and scheduled it. Within Service Request screen, hit “Debrief” button to open debrief.
10. It opened this page. The function ID the page used to open is XXXXXX and the function name this functionID referred to CSF_PO_UPDATE_TASK.
11. Entered Labor debrief and changed the Assignment status to Completed and saved.
12. The Debrief Status showed Pending.
13. After waiting for the Debrief Posting Program to complete, checked the Service Request/Task status. The status shows completed but it did not calculate the Actual Effort and Actual Dates.
