Scenario:
You have a Legal Entity that is associated with four Operating Units, need Security mechanism to limit access to the bank accounts for the different operating units.

Role/Responsibility UMX security should restrict access to Bank accounts in addition to Legal Entity, at Operating Unit level, as,
all other modules work by Operating Unit (AR, AP, PO, MO for example), other than Cash Management.
