Supervisor is Not Receiving any Notification When Changing Eligible Employees to Ineligible (Doc ID 2252519.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When trying to change the eligibility of employees from eligible to ineligible the transaction is going for approval but the approval does not receive any notification.

In the WFSTATsql the which was ran for the Compensation Workbench (CWB) transaction the following error is seen:

ORA-20001: Oracle Approvals Management has found parallelization configuration details. The context in which ame_api has been invoked does not support parallelization

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The approval should receive the notification to approve the transaction.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Go to responsibility Compensation Workbench for Administrators.
  2. Select employee and change the value from drop down list from eligible to ineligible.
