Instance Number Entered Via MES Mobile Is Not Displaying On OPM Forms Screen (Doc ID 2253126.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, MES/Dispensing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When Starting and Stopping a Resource via MES mobile functions and specifying an Instance, the Instance does not appear on the OPM Forms screen.
Additionally, when selecting an Instance via MES, only the instance number appears (i.e. 1, 2, 3, etc.) and not the Tracking Number or Serial Number, as it does on the Forms screen.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Instance information from mobile to show on the forms.
Expect mobile to have same fields that are available in forms for starting and ending resource.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Production Supervisor > Batch Details > Query a Batch > Steps > Activities > Resources > Resource Transactions
2. Mobile navigation: On the MES screen, the Instance is entered by navigating to 10: Start Resource, and entering the Batch, Step, Activity, Resource, Instance and Start Date and clicking Start Resource. The Instance is also entered when ending the Resource by navigating to 11: End Resource, and entering the same Batch, Step, Activity, Resource and Instance, and the entering the End Date and clicking End Resource.
