“Go To Receiving” Link From The Confirm Receipt Notification Is Erroring Out With JBO-27021: Failed to Load CustomDatum Value at Index 51 (Doc ID 2253255.1)

On : 12.1.3 version,

When attempting to Go to Receiving from the notification,
the following error occurs.

JBO-27021: Failed to load CustomDatum value at index 51 with java object of type oracle.jbo.domain.Number due to java.sql.SQLException.;
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException.wrapperException(

java.sql.SQLException: Invalid column index
at oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleResultSetImpl.getBytes(
at oracle.jbo.domain.Number$1facClass.createDatum(
at oracle.jbo.server.OracleSQLBuilderImpl.doLoadFromResultSet(
at oracle.jbo.server.AttributeDefImpl.loadFromResultSet(
at oracle.jbo.server.ViewRowImpl.populate(

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 Go to .iProcurement > Worklist
2. Click on the ‘confirm receipt of order 99999’ which displays the Confirm Receipt of Order
3. Click on "Go To Receiving" link
4. The error occurs
