Goal

1. Want to know what all type of Localization patches are applied and currently active. Is there any standard scripts or diagnostics which can be used to identify the Localization information for Release 11i or 12.X.
 
2. If there is any single script to know all Localization which are active and installed,  suggest if any such script to identify any one localization ?  Or suggest any other approach.
