Inactive Line Type Displayed In The Sample Export Excel Sheet (Doc ID 2253935.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Sourcing, Release 12.1.3, when downloading (exporting) the sample Excel file for purpose of importing auction lines, the Line Type column values are using the line type which is the last value listed alphabetically from the Line Types page in Purchasing responsibility. This is fine when the line type is still active; however, if the last line type (alphabetically) has been end-dated, this same line type is still showing in the sample XLS file.

It is expected that the sample XLS file will contain the last line type (alphabetically) which is active.
Due to this issue, users have to manually change every occurrence in the sample XLS file for the line type value. However this problem is not always caught by the users, and when importing the lines the error "Line Type is invalid." will occur.

Steps To Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will in a Vision Demo environment with the following steps:
1. Log in to Oracle Applications.
2. Purchasing, Vision Operations > Setup > Purchasing > Line Types
3. Created new line type "zzzz test". This is the last line type in the sorted alphabetical list.
4. Sourcing Super User > Sourcing Home Page > Create Auction
5. On the Create Auction Header page, enter the description and then click Lines
6. On the Create Auction Lines page, select Actions = Import Lines and click Go.
7. On the Lines: Import Spreadsheet (Auction #######) page, click the Export button to download the spreadsheet.
Open the ZIP file and review the spreadsheet "ImportLinesSample-Auction#######.xls" in the ZIP file. The "Line Type" column has values "zzzz test" which is correct.
8. Cancel the line import and save the auction as draft. Exit Sourcing.
9. Back to Purchasing, Vision Operations > Setup > Purchasing > Line Types.
10. Edit the line type "zzzz test" to set the end date as today's date. Save.
Now, the last line type alphabetically which is active is "umesh goods".
11. Back to Sourcing Super User > Sourcing Home Page.
12. Open the Auction and go to Lines region.
13. On the Create Auction Lines page, select Actions = Import Lines and click Go.
14. On the Lines: Import Spreadsheet (Auction #######) page, click the Export button to download the spreadsheet.
Open the ZIP file and review the spreadsheet "ImportLinesSample-Auction#######.xls" in the ZIP file. The "Line Type" column is still having values "zzzz test" which is INCORRECT since the line type is no longer active.
15. Cancel the line import and save the auction as draft.
16. To confirm that the "zzzz test" line type is inactive, go to the Create Auction Lines page, select Actions = Create Lines and click Go. On the Lines: Create Line 1 (Auction #######) page, review the list of values for Line Type. The value "zzzz test" is not appearing.
