How To Update Resource Transaction Date In An OSP Batch When Receipt Date Entered With A Prior Date (Doc ID 2253959.1)

On : 12.2.5 version, Batches

In a batch where Outside Processing is set up, when user enters the receipt date with an earlier date than the resource transaction date an error is displayed. User needs a way to update the resource transaction date. Can backdate the actual start date of the step, but do not know how to update the transaction date. This issue could happen once in a while and my client wants to be able to update the resource transaction date. We are not able to complete the batch. The following error occurs in the resource interface:

Error: The transaction date cannot be less than the actual start date of the resource


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Production Supervisor
2. Batch Details
3. Query batch, click on steps and drill down to the resource and update date.
