Symptoms

On :  12.1.3 version, Registration and Onboarding

When attempting to create or update Supplier
the following error occurs when profile option
POS: SM: Enable Supplier Profile Management
Extension = yes

ERROR

Welcome to Sourcing! An internal error occurred while setting
you up as a valid Sourcing user.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Ensured that profile option POS: SM: Enable Supplier Profile Management Extension = Yes at Site level
2. Payables responsibility > Suppliers > Entry
3. The above reported error is raised
