Symptoms
Enable As Supplier button is missing from Supplier Page after applying the patch 21967605.
Also, personalizations cannot be done to make the button visible.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply patch 21967605 (or any other patch updating SuppSummPG.xml)
2. Payables Responsibility, Supplier->Entry
Changes
Patch 21967605 was applied on the instance.
