12.2.4 version, AGIS - Advanced Global Intercompany System

AGIS Batch is not getting approved; following Error is shown:

Error: ORA-01403: no data found in Package FUN_TRX_PVT Procedure RECIPIENT_VALIDATE

Steps to Reproduce
----------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to Intercompany super user
2. Navigate to Transactions --> Inbound
3. Query the transaction and click on Approve
