Goal
Cycle count recount due dates are falling on non-work days.
The system is using non-wordays as calendar days for Recounts.
Example: Friday, 24-Mar-2017 + 3 late days (recount) as defined in the Cycle Count header, the recount due date is calculated as Monday 27-March-2017
