ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Event Manager service and Metadata service are missing
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Complete the steps listed in the ICS documentation to enable ISG to be able to invoke services from ICS:

2. -log in as asadmin user.
3. -go to Integrated Repository (takes minutes to come up) -hit the search button in the top right -type %provider%, %manager%, %event% under Internal Name and hit the magnifying glass -no sign of event manager or metadata providers in any results
