Reconcile Pool Contents For Add Contracts Request Sets Streams_to_date Incorrectly (Doc ID 2254863.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When adding back streams to a Pool, where the streams had once been in the pool and bought back, users receive the following error:

Pool Streams Value has changed since last update. Please reconcile the pool.

This users then run Reconcile Pool Contents For Add Contracts and the stream is then allowed to be added back to the pool.
However, the Reconcile Pool Contents For Add Contracts program is updating the value in streams_to_date to an incorrect value that is the day after the contract end date.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the value in streams_to_date to remain as is, which was addressed in Bug 23321433 / Bug 25105184.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book a Contract with an Asset so that there are Rent and Residual Value streams.
2. Add the Rent and Residual Values to a Pool.
3. Activate an Investor Agreement with the Pool created in step 2.
4. Buyback the Rent and Residual Streams. The Rent stream will have the current date in streams_to_date.
5. Navigate to Pools > Add Contracts and add back the Residual Value Stream.
6. When clicking on Approve, this error will be received:
  Pool Streams Value has changed since last update. Please reconcile the pool.
7. Run Reconcile Pool Contents For Add Contracts for the Pool.
8. The value in streams_to_date for the Rent stream will be updated to the contract end date + 1.
