When attempting to process an RMA Receipt, the following error occurs in Installed Base.
OKC_CONTRACTS_UNEXP_ERROR (SQLcode=100) (SQLerrm=ORA-01403: no data found)
1. Create an RMA order for an IB trackable item and receive it.
2. The transaction will be found in the IB interface with above error.
