Error On Clicking The Attachment Button in Lease Contract (Doc ID 2255081.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Self Service

In Lease Contract page , when clicking on the attachment button it fails with error

ERROR

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance
Category Name (LEASE) defined for attachment item (AttachmentItem) with entity (OKL_K_HEADERS) is invalid. Please verify spelling of Category Name in meta data or define the category in FND_DOCUMENT_CATEGORIES table.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Lease Super User responsibility > Contract > Attachment
2. When clicking on the attachment button it fails with error
