Symptoms

In 12.1.3, creating service requests unable to select particular  serial


Steps To Reproduce
============
1. Navigate > Service > Service Requests > Create Service Requests

2.Enter item For Example  "xxxxx"

3.Click on Serial List Of Values (LOV)

Unable to see particular serial number for example :serial# "yyyyy "
