Country Names Starting From T-Z Are Missing In Supplier Management View (Doc ID 2255103.1)

In iSupplier responsibility, the Prospective Supplier Registration country defaults as Afghanistan when the approver navigates to the update prospective supplier page.

The country should not change from the one selected by the supplier when registered.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. As Prospective Supplier follow the registration link
2. See that country defaults to United States in Address Book
3. Submit the Prospective Supplier Registration
4. Login as approver
5. Click Prospective Supplier Registration link
6. Search for the new supplier created
7. Click Review button
8. See the country is United States
9. Click the Update button
10. See that the country defaults to Afghanistan and the drop down still stops at S and does not have T-Z countries
