Symptoms

Attempting to unapply a prepayment, the following message shows:

Do you want o save the changes?

The prepayment cannot be unapplied.

The FND Debug log shows the following messages:

AP.PLSQL.AP_ETAX_SERVICES_PKG.Cancel_Invoice x Unreversed tax distributions found
fnd.plsql.APP_EXCEPTION.RAISE_EXCEPTION.dict_auto_log x "APP-SQLAP-4667484: Error encountered while synchronizing tax distributions for this invoice. Generate APLIST for this invoice and log a Service Request."
AP.PLSQL.AP_ETAX_SERVICES_PKG.Cancel_Invoice "Exception: ORA-20001: APP-SQLAP-4667484: Error encountered while synchronizing tax distributions for this invoice. Generate APLIST for this invoice and log a Service Request."
fnd.plsql.APP_EXCEPTION.RAISE_EXCEPTION.dict_auto_log "APP-SQLAP-4667484: Error encountered while synchronizing tax distributions for this invoice. Generate APLIST for this invoice and log a Service Request."
