Information in this document applies to any platform.
The purchase order number does not show on the service request details from the Field service technician portal unless the SR unless it is updated.
The expectation is that the purchase order number should be on the SR details page.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open an SR from the FSTP
2. The purchase order number does not show
3. Click on update SR
4. The PO number shows
