Enabling SSL/TLS Unable To View Service Log Files In OAM in a Load Balancer Environment (Doc ID 2255486.1)

Symptoms

Unable to view service log files from OAM after enabling SSL

Receive error when attempting to view log files from OAM: "Error occurred while processing the request for log file.

Errors can be seen in the log file under $APPLRGF but there is additional notifications related to security in oacore_server1.log, e.g.,
