OTL: For Last Day of Work On Create Timecard Get Error You Cannot Create A New Timecard (Doc ID 2255629.1)

Symptoms


You cannot create a new timecard. You have already created all the timecards available to you

When employee has an active assignment that ends on the timecard start period, when he clicks Create Timecard in Self Service Time they receive an error:

You cannot create a new timecard. You have already created all the timecards available to you for your date range.

Employees need to be able to complete time for any hours worked on that last day.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Self Service Timecard
2. Create Timecard
