Depot Repair - Service Codes: Issues with List of Values (LOV). No Values for Service Code (Repair Order form) or Category (Setup form) (Doc ID 2255803.1)

* Issue 1: Service Code LOV is not showing any value in the Diagnostics tab while creating Repair Order.

* Issue 2: Category LOV in not showing any value in the Domains tab while setting up Service Codes.

* Issue 1: Repair Orders form


   - Create Service Request
   - Enter Customer information, SR attributes
   - Select Item (i.e. ABC123)
   - Create Repair Order
   - Select Item (i.e. ABC123)

   - Navigate to the Diagnostics tab
   - Go to the Service Codes field (far right)

   => LOV: empty

   What is Working:

   The Service Codes setup form does show some values:

      SCXXXX1 - Service code 1...
      SCXXXX2 - Service code 2... (Active From 05-MAR-2017)

      For Service Code 'SCXXXX2':
           => 'Domains' subtab shows Item = ABC123
           => 'Bills and Routings' subtab shows a value for Organization and Reference

* Issue 2: Depot Setup > Service Codes


     - Highlight a Service Code
     - In the Domains tab:
            . Select Type = 'Category'
            . Category   => LOV is empty.
