Symptoms

E-Business Suite Application Object Library, Basic System Administration FNDLOAD related issues

When loading a Concurrent program and the associated parameters via FNDLOAD, the parameters are not translated correctly.

After downloading ldt files (for example Japanese and English), and then uploading them from a source instance to a target which is a multi-language instance like the following:

1) FNDLOAD APPS/<apps PW> 0 Y UPLOAD <JA lct file> <JA ldt file> CUSTOM_MODE=FORCE UPLOAD_MODE = NLS

2) FNDLOAD APPS/<apps PW> 0 Y UPLOAD <US lct file> <US ldt file> CUSTOM_MODE=FORCE UPLOAD_MODE = NLS

The Japanese concurrent program parameters are overwritten in English.
